National Security Review

The National Security Review is an inter-agency process that institutionalizes the whole-of-government approach for the development and implementation of Georgia’s national security policy.

This process includes the development of a package of conceptual and strategic documents, open discussion of security policy planning, and building the capacity of the agencies participating in the process.

The development of Georgia’s conceptual and strategic documents includes three phases: the drafting of the fundamental strategic documents; the adoption of agency-specific strategies; and the drafting of the National Security Strategy of Georgia.
