Head of the National Security Council's Office held an introductory meeting with the Ambassador of Estonia
2 February 2021The Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Kakhaber Kemoklidze, held an introductory meeting with an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Georgia, H.E. Riina Kaljurand.
Kakhaber Kemoklidze spoke with the Ambassador about the national security architecture of Georgia and the mandate of the National Security Council as well as it’s Office.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the existing security challenges and threats facing Georgia.
The Head of the National Security Council' Office underlined an important support of Estonia in combating the challenges facing Georgia in cybersecurity and disinformation dimensions.
The parties also discussed the prospects of strengthening future cooperation between the Embassy of Estonia and the National Security Council’s Office.
